Our History: Since January of 2007 We have been sharing a very special product (www.MyMiracleTea.com) and have become extremely familiar with the ups and downs of these companies. One or two of them we’re embarrassed to even mention their names or that we were associated ... The elements required for average people to make any income at all seem nearly impossible. These companies are famous for being poorly organized, run, funded, etc. Believe us, we know, and yet there are a few companies that DO make it! And who does not want/need extra income in these days? We sure do!
When Scot and Maurine Proctor came to us and told us about Kyani, we were reluctant. After all, we’ve been through a lot and are pretty busy with the product that does bring in some earnings every month ---
After spending time with Larry Barkdull and other honest LDS business people, however, we decided to pray about it and were prompted to go ahead and fly to Salt Lake the end of July 2010 to meet them at the International Convention.
What we saw was unforgettable: lovely, decent regular people sharing a fabulous product and making a difference for their families and financial well-being!, it was exciting and refreshing to see real people making real money -- and company founders/executives with integrity and experience leading the way. With the experience we have gained from other network marketing companies, we are excited to finally be where things are happening ... and in a big way!

RESIDUAL MONTHLY INCOME
PayGate Accumulator
Kyani’s residual pay compensation plan is revolutionary. It solves the problems of traditional, out of date programs. It doesn’t punish you for developing leaders. It allows you to use volume from your strong leg. It combines the best of the unilevel and binary systems while getting rid of the negative pieces. We call it the Kyani PayGate Accumulator. It is a powerful residual pay plan that pays up to 44% of monthly sales volume through 12 PayGates. There are no restrictions to the depth of your volume. What does this mean? It means you receive more value for your group volume which translates into bigger checks. It is just another way that Kyani is helping you to Experience More.
RECRUITING BONUS
A Bonus paid to the sponsor and up to 5 qualifying leaders. Qualifying leaders are not cut off by other equal or higher ranks.
GENERATION CHECK MATCH
Earn a portion of every residual PayGate check in your organization up to 9 Generations deep. A generation is from you down to (and including) the next Sapphire Senior Director or higher rank. Everyone between you and the next generation that makes a PayGate check generates a Generation Check Match for you.
CUSTOMER BONUS
Earn 20% of the Customer CV on every Customer sale you make. No minimum requirements. This is in addition to the Retail Bonus.
RETAIL BONUS
Earn 10-20% on every Customer Sale you make; the difference between wholesale and retail. This is in addition to the Customer Bonus.
CUSTOMER POOL
A portion of all Customer CV sales are put into a pool. Those who personally sell at least 300CCV per month qualify for shares of the pool.
